Il Presidente Pierre Lescure e il Direttore Generale Thierry Fremaux hanno presentato il programma ufficiale della 71ª edizione del Festival di Cannes, che si terrà nella città francese da martedì 8 a sabato 19 maggio.
Ad aprire il Festival sarà Everybody Knows (Todos Lo Saben), l’ultima fatica di Asghar Farhadi con
Pochi giorni fa è stato annunciato che, fuori concorso e in anteprima mondiale, verrà presentato Solo: A Star Wars Story di Ron Howard. Sarà il terzo film della saga di Star Wars ad approdare a Cannes, dopo L’Attacco Dei Cloni e La Vendetta Dei Sith, entrambi diretti da George Lucas.
Da segnalare la presenza in concorso dell’italiano Dogman, il nuovo film di Matteo Garrone in uscita nelle sale italiane il 17 maggio con 01 Distribution.
