Dopo le vittorie dei PGA Awards e dei Golden Globe, Inside Out, il fortunato lungometraggio Pixar co-diretto da Pete Docter e Ronnie Del Carmen, ha trionfato anche alla 43esima edizione degli Annie Awards, conquistando ben 10 premi, ai quali si aggiunge un Annie ottenuto dall’altro rappresentante del colosso d’animazione, Il Viaggio di Arlo del regista Peter Sohn.
Non si può certo dire, quindi, che non sia stato un anno positivo per la Pixar, la quale, a questo punto, sembra avere la strada spianata per aggiudicarsi con Inside Out il premio Oscar per il miglior film d’animazione. Fatta eccezione per l’edizione del 2015, di norma le pellicole che ottengono il riconoscimento più importante durante gli Annie Awards sono infatti le stesse che riescono poi a portarsi a casa la prestigiosa statuetta. Non ci resta che attendere il 28 febbraio per scoprirlo.
